Accommodation Tariffs 2018 (7 night stay)
As a guidance, all prices quoted are per week, arriving and departing on a Friday, though other arrival days are available (excluding school holidays). Short breaks in the cottages are available out of school holiday times, so for shorter stays, please just give us a call on 01792 681002 or 07701 099331 for a price.
Short breaks are available - from £300 for 2 nights Or a Weekend!!!!(From Fri - Mon).

HILTON'S HOTEL gets booked up really quickly, so if you are booking a holiday for a large group, get in touch sooner rather than later!
Prices include utilities (water & electricity) and bed & cot linen and car parking. We ask our guests to depart by 10am so that we can clean the cottages ready for our incoming guests. Incoming guests are asked to arrive after 3pm, but can arrive earlier by arrangement.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
No Smoking - The property has a no Smoking Policy.
Booking - You must be over 18 years of age or over at the time of making your booking.
Cancellation - Payments are made in full prior to arrival and guests are liable for the full cost if cancelling a confirmed booking. If in the event the guests do not pay the balance 7 days prior to arrival, then the booking is null and void, and the deposit is lost, when the house could have been marketed as vacant, and subsequently received a booking.
Behaviour - The property is in a residential area. We would politely ask that our guests act and behave in a way as not to cause nuisance or offence to neighbouring properties. Please note that we are entitled to ask you to leave the holiday property, without refund if in our opinion your behaviour is unacceptable.
Pets - Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Your Responsibilities - You must look after the property. This means you must keep all furniture, fittings and effects, (inside or outside the property) in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday - You must leave the property in the same state of general order in which you found it - If you break these conditions the Owner/Caretaker can make an additional cleaning charge and/or make a claim against you for repair or loss as a result of damage caused.
Insurance - we recommend that you have holiday insurance. We cannot be responsible or liable for any loss of property, or for accidents/injuries sustained at our property. Please ensure that you lock all doors and shut all windows when not at the property. It is advised that you ensure that your holiday insurance covers the loss/theft or your personal possessions as we cannot be responsible for the compensation of any loss or theft on the property.
Gardens - You are responsible for your children, they must be supervised, or use gardens at their own risk.
Dissatisfaction - Your stay is very important to us, as are your recommendations to others so if there is a problem, please inform us while you are here. Please do not wait until you return home.
Disability Discrimination Act and Caring for your Safety. - It is the guest's responsibility (particularly parents with young children) to inspect the property and grounds immediately on arrival and note any possible hazards. Check the layout of your holiday property so that in an emergency you can get out quickly and easily. Please note and respect any warning/hazard/restriction notices that the owners have placed in the property and its grounds.
No Guests are permitted to SUB-LET any of The Premises. This is a Serious Breach of Your Booking & Will Result In An Immediate Cancellation & Non-Refund.
All utilities are the responsibility of Tenant / Guest except for Council Tax and Water, which The Landlord will provide.
In signing our booking form, by making a booking through this website or by making a booking over the telephone you are acknowledging that you have read the Terms & Conditions.
